This is probably not the right way to do this to but I could'nt find any other way or contact details. Anyway, maybe someone could help me or forward this mail to somebody that could help me!? I've been a true Volcom customer since the late 90's and always been satisfied with the stuff that Volcom design. But not this time...
Now to my problem. I went shopping in the Volcom store at Kuta square (Bali, Indonesia) a week ago. Bought heaps of clothing and of course the EA FA MOD Boardshorts because that design is wicked! But my happiness did'nt last very long...After using the boardshorts ONCE (yeah, thats true) the material failed. The once shiny surface is now dull. After using them ONCE they look really worn out, like I've had'em for a couple of years! The black colours is almost grey and the once shiny surface is now rough.(I've only used them in the sea, no swimmingpool, no washing, nothing!) I bought them because of; 83% POLYESTER/17% SPANDEX 4 WAY STRETCH sounded good (The shorts were really expensive compared to others.) and I thougt: No more rash!
I can't return the BoardShorts to the store because I left Bali a week ago and I wonder what to do?! I really like them...
I really hope that someone could help me with this one and really hoping for a reply.
